Taken inspiration from the idea that many centuries ago, it was believed that the sky had sent down bits of itself to our earth —what we recognise now as 'little blue flowers'. Scattered sparingly in the wild and difficult to obtain, their rarity symbolises the beauty of our surroundings, which we often take too little time to appreciate. The way these whimsical flowers wave in the breeze resembles the slow movements of the sky and the sea, whisking us away to the mountains for a desperate moment of peace to connect with green grass and rich soil.

In contrast, purple flowers are one of the most popular to collect. Its colour evokes a sense of enchantment, as though one is entering a fairytale or a dream. Together, the blue and purple flowers become a power to represent the impossible being possible —because if you cannot reach for a blue flower, there will still be purple waiting for you.
