Bec Davidson

Bec is a Sydney artist passionate about drawing and painting. Most evenings, she paints after her children sleep. Self-taught, she draws inspiration from nature and color, focusing mainly on birds. Recently, she's created a cocktail series that combines her love of color, birds, flowers, vintage crystal, and fruit.

Bec is a Sydney-based artist who has had a passion for drawing, painting, and creating from a young age. She grew up in a family filled with artists, creatives, animals, and bush walks. Although Bec is a nurse and mother of two young children, she rediscovered her love of drawing and painting as a way of coping with the stress and anxiety associated with working as a nurse and raising a young family during the beginning of Covid.
Since reigniting her passion for painting, Bec finds it fulfilling and calming, spending most evenings sitting in front of her easel once the kids have gone to bed. Apart from studying art at school, Bec is self-taught, and her inspiration comes from her love of nature and colour.
Bec's art primarily focuses on birds, where she enjoys capturing their free spirit, colourful feathers, and quirky personalities. Currently, Bec is exploring her version of still life art with a successful cocktail series, which captures her love of colour, birds, flowers, vintage crystal wear, and fruit.
